General Questions

What should I do if I forget my Bridgewater@Home
Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

We will have to reset your Bridgewater@Home PIN. You can request a new PIN by calling toll free 1 (800) 356-8622 or by visiting one of our offices.

Are my Bridgewater@Home transactions secure?
Yes. Bridgewater@Home uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are secure.

Which accounts can I access with Bridgewater@Home?
You can view any Bridgewater Savings checking, savings, loan or mortgage account on which you are the primary account holder.

Through Bridgewater@Home you can make transfers to, or from, your Bridgewater Savings checking or savings accounts. You can also transfer payments from these accounts to your Bridgewater Savings loan or mortgage accounts.

If you have a Bridgewater Savings CD or IRA account you can view the account, but can not make transfers from the account.

Registration Questions

How do I register for Bridgewater@Home?
If you have a Bridgewater Savings statement account, you can apply online! It's easy.

Upon receipt of your application a temporary password will be e-mailed to you. If you don't have an e-mail account we will call with your password. The first time you log-in to Bridgewater@Home you will be asked to choose a new password.

Bill Payment Questions

How do I sign up for Bill Payment?
If you have a Bridgewater Savings statement account, you can apply online! It's easy.

How much does Bill Payment cost?
Bill Payment through Bridgewater@Home is FREE!

How long should I allow for a bill to be paid through Bill Payment?
Please allow 3-5 business days for payment.

Whom can I pay?
You can use Bridgewater@Home with Bill Payment to pay virtually anyone!

Is there anyone I can't pay?
Some types of payees cannot be added due to business rules. These include federal, state, city, and local tax payments, foreign payees (outside of the continental United States), government agencies or court-directed payments.

What if I pay a bill online and the company says it never received the payment?
We will be able to track a payment made through Bridgewater@Home. When you pay a bill, Bridgewater@Home will give you a confirmation number to use for tracking purposes.

What is my proof of payment for any Bill Payments?
Your payments will appear on your Bridgewater@Home Online Statement, and your normal monthly account statement. This will be your final proof of payment.

What if my payee has multiple addresses?
Look for the “Billing Address” that appears on your bill. This address may be listed on the return receipt section of the bill, or on the self-addressed envelope that may be included with your bill.

When does the money come out of my account?
When paying bills with Bridgewater@Home, the funds will be withdrawn from your account 1-2 business days after the check is sent out.

System Requirements Questions

What do I need to use Bridgewater@Home?
To use Bridgewater@Home you will need a PC or Macintosh with dial up or dedicated access to the internet. You will also need to use an internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Recent versions of both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer should work.

How do I know if my browser supports 128-bit encryption?
Click here to check your browser. The page will tell you what version you are using and what level encryption it supports.

How do I get a new version?
If you don’t have a version that supports 128-bit encryption you can visit either the Netscape or Microsoft sites to download a FREE copy today!
