Bridgewater Savings Bank Employees Participate in Habitat for Humanity Build Day

November 30, 2018

Raynham, MASSACHUSETTS – November 30, 2018 – Bridgewater Savings Bank employees volunteered with the South Shore Habitat for Humanity to assist with the construction of three duplexes that are scheduled to be move-in ready by Spring 2019. Each of the 10 employees donated their time and efforts for a full day.

“It was an honor to serve alongside fellow employees to build homes that will give local families reliable shelter and stable living accommodations,” said James Duff, BSB employee and previous President of the South Shore Habitat for Humanity Board. “Although it was one of the coldest days we had experienced in a while, it was a memorable and rewarding time where our team had the opportunity to make a positive impact together.”

Founded in 1986, South Shore Habitat for Humanity serves 35 cities and towns south and southwest of Boston. The organization has delivered 58 homes to families in need of adequate housing. To learn more, visit sshabitat.org.
