Bridgewater Savings Bank remains open and our employees continue to deliver secure and reliable banking services. Effective, Tuesday, May 19th, our drive-up hours will be Monday – Wednesday: 9 AM – 4 PM, Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM, and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

In the event that your banking needs cannot be handled through our drive-up, we invite you to contact us to schedule an appointment. Our contact center agents will continue to be available by calling 800.356.8622 or by submitting a secure contact us form.


Assistance to Mortgage & Consumer Loan Customers:

We are open and accepting applications by phone and web for purchase, construction, refinancing, home equity loans, and home equity lines of credit. The loan process can be fulfilled almost completely remotely and electronically, with exceptions to loan closings and certain appraisal inspections. Please visit our Mortgage Center if you have a current mortgage in process and need to upload documents or are looking for more information on our mortgage options. 

Assistance to Business Customers:

BSB is aware that you or your business may be affected by market and economic impacts relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns by calling 800.356.8622 or contacting your primary lender directly. 

Currently, the Bank is not accepting applications for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Please check back for updates in the event this policy changes. Click here for more information on the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

Fee Waivers for Deposit Customers:

We will continue to be your trusted banking partner and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. If you receive any overdraft, non-sufficient funds, Certificate of Deposit (CD) penalty, or Bridgewater Savings ATM fee you need assistance with, give us a call and we’ll be glad to help!

Deposit Insurance:

All depositor funds are safe, secure and fully insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). FDIC insures each depositor up to $250,000, and DIF insures anything in excess of $250,000. This means that all funds in deposit accounts with BSB are 100% fully insured.
